Our Venue comes with a Venue Event Coordinator combined with a "Day of Wedding Coordination", so it takes the Complexity out of the entire weekend. The Day or Weekend is all detailed out every step of the way in your secured, private online Portal available 24/7 with all the conversations, details, timelines, photos, financials and so much more. We Have "The Plan" as long as you have access to a cell or laptop to log in and see Our Combined Vision. Make a change, its updated online in real time!
We will handle the simple tasks of Detailed Timeline Creation, Managing the flow of your Wedding Day, All-Inclusive Venue Communication (Caterer, Beverages, Rentals, Transportation, etc.) and Finalizing logistics with outside Vendors (Florist, Officiant, Photographer, etc.), Wedding Rehearsal Assistance and Dinner and the Day-Of Wedding entire Flow.
But for more Complex Weddings, we will Ask that you Hire a Wedding Planner! We can work through all this at our first detailed Planning Meeting.
You can bring your own Wedding Planner to work with our Event Coordinator & Day Of Wedding Coordinator, but We have Referrals to some top shelf Wedding & Event Planners and Complex "Day Of" Wedding Coordinators!

"Save the Date", Contract & Payments
Send an Inquiry to check the Availability. Your can also "Hold the Date" for a $500 fee (Refundable), that holds that date until you have time to go through the review and Contract process. Normally a few weeks maximum. And that Fee goes towards your Signed Contract Deposit Payment!
Review an Electronic "All Inclusive Venue, Catering & Bar Services Contract", Approve and Make a $5,000 Deposit with the Contract, via our secured Paypal Portal. You then will have access to a secured private Portal to track your wedding date, all communication, planning and the wedding coordination the entire time online, up to the day of your Wedding all in real time.
Additional Payments may be scheduled at 6 months, 3 months and the Balance is Due 30 days prior to the Wedding Date. Before the Day of the Wedding, just need to get Special Event Insurance with the Venue added to the Certificate of Insurance of Your Existing Policy or Special event insurance in the 28117 (Mooresville, NC) typically costs from $75 to $200+ for basic one-day liability!
Via our PayPal Secured Portal, you can Apply to make Deposit & Installment Payments over time. The "PayPal Pay Later" program, upon qualification, lets you choose a payment schedule that works for you through
"Pay in 4 Installments" or "Pay Monthly".
