New Venue Quick Update - Ready for Reveal Late Fall 2026
PRESENT - Multi-Million dollar - 2 Story, 6,000 sf Existing building on 3 acres with 600 ft of shoreline.
The venue is continuing to evolve, with renovations and new indoor spaces planned for late Fall 2026.

Upgrades to Date. (Updated August 31, 2026)
A - Installed 6,000 SF of Bermuda Golf Course Grade SOD and maintained by a part time Greenskeeper/Lawncare Professional
B - Installed 20 new windows with two of them, custom 10 ft by 5 ft tall, 900+ lbs. Bar View to the Lake and upstairs Gents area.
C - Replaced Lighting & Flooring in the 700 SF Bridal Suite & Primary Bathroom
D - Replaced Lighting & Windows in the Upper Level (Offices, Catering & Event Showroom & Gents Suite).

3. How much flexibility do people have when it comes to creating a menu and experience specifically around their event?
Everything is Custom, Chef Driven Menus. Pick from our Top Picks or customize the entre weekend in a sit down or virtual meeting with the Chef. Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Day in the Bridal Suite & Grooms Suites, Wedding Reception Dinner and more!
4. You're also developing some really interesting experiences for the community, including private chef dinners, farm-to-table events, pop-up events, and a Sunday Gospel Brunch. Can you tell us more about that?
Sunday Gospel Brunch on the 6,000 SF Golf Course Grass & Inside the Venue
One Sitting and One Show that Sunday will be the Big Hit! This will be a Pre Ticketed only Event for any of the Wedding Guests and the General Public wanted a Great Show and a Great Sunday Brunch. (Coming Soon!)
This will feature top gospel & country singer Christina Eagle, Christina Eagle is a 24 year old Singer/Songwriter from Catawba, North Carolina. Finishing in the Final 8 (2024)on THE VOICE Season 26, Christina thrilled the judges and America with her exceptional vocals and music selections. Christina and Daniel Eagle regularly come together as a duo, entertaining audiences!

Main level Interior Venue upfit. Bar View of the Lake. A 10 ft by 5 ft tall, 900+ lbs. Custom Replacement Window finally arrived and Installed. Nice view of a $6m house across the pond.

Who Sets up all the Wedding or Event Tables and Decor?
We are an All-Inclusive Venue from the Venue itself to the Venue Coordinator & "Day of Wedding" Coordination, Catering, Beverages, Rentals (Dinnerware, Dinner Napkins, Table Linens, Tables, Chairs), Rehearsal Dinner the day before, and everything else listed as well as act as your Lake Norman Concierge for Hotels, VRBO Lake Rentals to Boat rentals and more.
We will set-up the entire Wedding Weekend, Tables, Decor, chairs and everything else.
We also provide the standard Centerpiece that is a Candle Lantern with LED Candles to meet code.
Anything else you provide including your custom floral arrangements, we will work with your florist and we will dress the table so you don't have to. Its in our hands to reduce your stress!
After the Reception, we will break down all the tables and clean up the mess, within reason. You, your wedding or event party doesn't have to lift a finger, rush to clean the tables and get out of the venue before the clock ticks and times up! Loosing Your Wedding Glass Slipper running out of the Venue is a Not a good Start!
If you brought Decor or had it dropped shipped direct to the Venue from Amazon or ETSY, we will have a pre event directive from you as to how to pack those items so Uncle Bob doesn't have to stuff in his truck. We will secure on-site safe keeping until you schedule a pick up or we will get to keep them for our extra in-house stock for other clients use that need a little assistance.

Bridal Pay Forward Center
Any Wedding & Event Decor items that we pack up for you after the event will be secured until pick up.
However, we will be opening an area for a "Bridal Pay Forward Center" that any current Bride can donate there decorations and allow a deserving future Bride to pick from the items for her decor. Just makes good sense to give back and help a deserving Bride Out!
Off-Site Parking & "After-Party"
We have 25 On-Site Venue parking spaces, enough for 100 guest by code.
Our Off-site Main Parking for you and your Guests is located in front of the Soon to be Open mid January, the 170 Seat "SoLuna Baja Cafe" Private Room and the Duel Concept Restaurant & Private Venue Space at 835 Williamson Road, Suite #C, Mooresville, NC 28117.
Guests can Arrive, Park and we will accommodate all guests inside the "SoLuna Baja Cafe" Private Room for pre Wedding & Event "Cash Bar" & a "Cali Cabo Baja" style Full Cafe Menu and offer a Free Non Alcohol Beverage Bar (You can add an Optional "Pay to Stay" with light Apps and beverages)
A Shuttle will take all the Guests to the Venue less than 2 minutes traveling time, and run back and forth for your guests to accommodate all there needs. After the Wedding & Reception, the Shuttle will return Your Guests to the Off-Site Parking, where the "After-Party" is located inside and open until 2 am or until everyone has left the buidling! Shuttles to located Hotels, Uber & Lyft rides will be available as well, so All Your Guest will get to the Hotels & Home Safe.
Loading & Unloading at the Venue
Bridal Party will have all weekend access to the private parking and we will work together for the day coordinating access timelines and other private parking needs. Shuttle Service will be provided for all others.
Vendors will coordinated times for Unloading & Loading as Temporary Parking Only!. Then have to Shuttle to and from the Venue Off-Site Parking. Since this is an All-Inclusive Venue, only the Event Planner for a Complex Weekend, Upgraded Florist, Photographer and Officiant will be needing access on-site.
The All-Inclusive Venue provided Services has everything already at the Venue!
Our Preferred DJ & Videographer package has all Equipment On-Site and after the Wedding & Reception, stays stored On-Site!
How to Get to the Off-Site Guest Parking & Lake Front Venue
Off-Site Guest Parking and "After-Party" location (835 Williamson Road, Suite C, Mooresville, NC 28117)
From Charlotte, take the Interstate 77 North (Expressway during Heavy Traffic) to Exit 33 (Williamson Road Exit) and head West over the Interstate approx. 1/4 Mile and turn Right into the Shopping Center (Future Starbucks Location) at (Bridgewater Lane) and to the far right is the Off-Site Parking and the new Dual Concept Restaurants and the "After-Party" 2nd Venue open until 2 am. Guest can head inside for a drink and Baja style Appetizers and Quick Eats. The Shuttle service will take all the Guests to the Main Wedding & Event Venue, as well as return them pack to the same location after the Wedding Reception to head home or go inside for the "After-Party"
From Charlotte or North of Mooresville, the Alternate Exit is taking the Interstate 77 North (Expressway during Heavy Traffic) to Exit 35 (Brawley School Road Exit) and head West over the Interstate approx. 1/2 mile to Williamson Road and take a Left at the Traffic light. Head South approx.. 3 miles passing the Wedding & Event Venue, over the Lake and and turn Left at the first Light (Bridgewater Lane) into the Shopping Center (Future Starbucks Location) and the far Right is the Off-Site Parking and the new Dual Concept Restaurants and the "After-Party" 2nd Venue open until 2 am. Guest can head inside for a drink and Baja style Appetizers and Quick Eats. The Shuttle service will take all the Guests to the Main Wedding & Event Venue, as well as return them pack to the same location after the Wedding Reception to head home or go inside for the "After-Party"
Future Road Widening Impact?Janaury 2028 Start?? NCDOT
Current Gas Company Construction
Updated August 31, 2026 - The Gas Company has been working onsite to stabilize the ground and cut down trees along side the roadway and next to the north side of the Venue. This project is to bore 40 ft under the Lake and move the Gas piping 18 ft from the roadway. Current Construction on both sides of the Bridge are by the Gas Company to relocate Gas Pipeline and ends end of September 2026 estimated time and must return land to visually pleasing condition until road construction starts. Strict restoration stipulations (e.g., proper asphalt compaction, reseeding green spaces) as a condition of being allowed to dig up local infrastructure.

Interstate 77 Williamson Road to Brawley School Road (Phase Two) Contract Let Late 2027 with Proposed Construction Start Early 2028. The Bridge & in front of the Venue will have a specific timeline set by the NCDOT as part of this project.
Bridge Expansion
Impact to Venue is Only the Below and timing during the project will have advance notice specific to the impacted area. It will Start end of 2027? and start at either Brawley Scholl Road and come south to the Venue, then the Bridge expansion then to Interstate 77.
The existing 2-lane bridge carrying Williamson Road across Lake Norman will be replaced with a new multi-lane bridge that will provide a minimum vertical clearance of 12 feet above Lake Norman’s maximum pond elevation (760 feet). The new bridge will include sidewalk on the east side and the side path on the west side. There will be a greenway on both sides of the bridge!
Post Road Widening
The current Venue Land will be impacted with only 18 ft from the current road on this parcel.
During Construction, we will have a privacy & sound removable fence between the Building and the construction. We will have a gravel access from the current road into the venue newly installed security gates.
No Impact to the Venue or our events.
Future Flex Fencing for Privacy & Sound Mitigation
We will have a flexible Fencing from the Venue in front of the road, the road expansion and not able to see any construction, or vehicles and will act as a further sound barriers. Fully Landscaped with
