Corporate & Private Events at "The Landing at Lake Norman"

Corporate Meeting or Private Event Dinners

Included is in the Corporate or Private Indoor Dinner for 20 Guests with a Water View. 


All Day during the Week - Corporate Meeting Space available for up to 20 Guests from 8 am to 4 pm. Includes Coffee, Waters, Snacks & Corporate Buffet Lunch  - $1000 flat rate.


Cost is $1000 for up to 20 Guests and includes Inside Private Venue & Chef Prepared & Served Buffet Dinner with Tea & Lemonade.

(Add $25 Per Guest for Beer & Wine Bar Services)


(After-hour Meeting Chef Prepared Dinner & Drinks)

(Add $50 Per Attendee with 10 guest Minimum)

Day of Event

The Waterfront, Outdoor, Tented Venue has all day access based on the pre Approved  Schedule and Timelines.

A 20' x 40' Tent (Sidewalls & a Dance Floor), Portable Bar, Event Set-up, Dinner Tables (based on 8 Guests per table), Chairs, High Top Tables, 4 Event Tables, Venue Host, Parking Lot Attendant, Off-Site Parking, Event Tear-Down & Clean-up! Venue Access ends NLT 10 pm. "After-Party or Event located 2 min. away in traffic and shuttle services from the same Off-Site Parking location.


(Optional 30' x 60' Tent is an Extra Cost!)

On-Site Parking is Limited and Transportation will be made with local Hotels. We have an off-site parking agreements and a Shuttle service.

During all Reception's, are Heavy Duty Disposal Square App. Plates, heavy Duty Silver look Fork and Black cocktail napkins.

Contracts & Payments

Send an Inquiry, Set a Tour Date, Review an Electronic, All Inclusive Venue, Catering & Bar Services Contract, Approve and Make a 25% Deposit via our secured Paypal Portal. Your will have access to a secured private Portal to track your event the entire time online, up to the day of your Wedding or Event all in real time. Additional Payments may be scheduled at 6 months, 3 months and the Balance is Due 30 days prior to the Wedding or Event Date. 


Or, via our PayPal Secured Portal, you can Apply to make Installment Payments over time. The "PayPal Pay Later" program, lets you choose a payment schedule that works for you through "Pay in 4" or "Pay Monthly".

A 30x60 tent typically seats 100 to 150 guests for a sit-down dinner with round tables, but can fit up to 200+ for banquet tables or even 300+ for cocktail style, depending on layout, table size (rounds vs. rectangles), and adding space for dance floors, buffets, or head tables. Expect about 120-144 guests with standard 60-inch round tables, or up to 192 guests with 8-foot banquet tables. Common Seating Capacities for a 30x60 Tent (1,800 sq ft)

  • Round Tables (8-10 guests each): 100-128 guests, or up to 126 with a head table.
  • Rectangular Tables (8-10 guests each): Around 144-180 guests, or up to 192 with space.
  • Buffet/Head Table: Reduces capacity to 104-168 guests.
  • Cocktail/Standing: Up to 300-360 guests. 

A 30x100 foot tent, which provides 3,000 square feet of space, can typically seat between 200 and 300 guests for a dinner reception, depending on the specific layout and additional elements included. The final capacity is highly dependent on several factors:

  • Seating Style:
    • Seated Dinner (Round Tables): Approximately 210-242 guests with ample space for movement and serving staff.
    • Buffet-style Dinner: Around 250 guests, as the buffet line requires additional space and specific traffic flow.
    • Cathedral (Row) Seating: Up to 429-440 guests if only chairs in rows are used, such as for a wedding ceremony.
    • Standing/Cocktail Party: The tent can accommodate up to 440 guests in a stand-up mingling setting with limited seating.
